Ask ACNC 2016
From 24 August 2016, the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) will be visiting over 25 regional and metropolitan locations in Australia to talk to charities. The Ask ACNC sessions will provide charities the opportunity to hear directly from one of the ACNC’s Commissioners. The sessions include an update on the work of the ACNC, issues facing the sector and how to meet ACNC obligations, including the Annual Information Statement. Charities will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the Commissioners during the Q&A session.
As part of the sessions, the ACNC will also be providing a free basic financial training session, which includes how to avoid the most common Annual Information Statements errors. This training will be aimed at small charities, but charities of all sizes are welcome to attend.
