Giving structures subcommittee is tasked with supporting the work of the Partnership by developing policy recommendations for Government that will assist to increase philanthropic giving through the provision of advice regarding functional changes to current giving structures.
The subcommittee will advise the Social Impact Investment working group and the full Partnership on practical long term strategies to support the growth of philanthropic giving in Australia through:
- Private Ancillary Funds (PAF) and Public Ancillary Funds (PuAF)
- Living Legacies
The subcommittee will engage with a variety of stakeholders and may involve or consult identified experts in the field to inform discussions. This includes working with co-opted members to ensure the right balance of sector experts have input to the discussions.
The subcommittee will seek agreement from other Prime Minister’s Community Business Partnership members to its policy recommendations.
